We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrator to support our senior leadership team in a dynamic corporate environment. As a pivotal member of our operations unit, you will ensure the seamless execution of daily tasks, managing complex schedules and facilitating efficient communication across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel logistics.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail.
- Coordinate internal company events, board meetings, and client entertainment activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming communications, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility management to ensure a productive workspace.
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
