Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, accurate minutes, and presentation materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications professionally.
- Handle confidential correspondence with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Oversee general office administration, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations.
- Assist in project coordination and cross-departmental initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an executive administrative role (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
