- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across global time zones
- Manage confidential correspondence, documentation, and records with utmost discretion
- Oversee office operations including procurement, facilities management, and vendor relationships
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and briefing materials using advanced MS Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison for cross-departmental projects and stakeholder communications
- Implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
