- Lead onboarding processes and administrative training for new hires
- Implement and optimize office procedures using digital tools (e.g., Microsoft 365)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
