Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel, and high-stakes meetings with precision
- Manage confidential information and sensitive corporate documentation
- Oversee departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Develop/implement administrative systems for 150+ employees
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Lead special projects including offsite planning and process re-engineering
- Maintain compliance with corporate governance policies and SOX requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Proven track record in budget management and vendor negotiations
- Exceptional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) preferred
- Experience in financial services or professional services industry
