- Executive calendar management, prioritizing high-stakes meetings and international travel coordination
- Compose and distribute confidential communications, including board reports and strategic briefings
- Oversee departmental budget reconciliation and expense reporting processes
- Lead cross-functional administrative projects including offsite planning and vendor negotiations
- Implement digital workflow optimizations using Microsoft 365 and Asana platforms
- Manage confidential records retention and compliance protocols
- Coordinate executive onboarding and mentor junior administrative staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and CRM systems
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with multilingual capabilities (Spanish/French beneficial)
- Proven project management experience with budget oversight $500K+
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification highly desirable
