Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and high-stakes meeting logistics
- Manage confidential communications and sensitive documentation with discretion
- Oversee departmental budget tracking and expense reporting processes
- Lead cross-functional projects including onboarding initiatives and event coordination
- Develop and maintain organizational systems for critical business documents

Qualifications

- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
