- Executive calendar management, coordinating 15+ high-level meetings weekly across global time zones
- Comprehensive travel and expense coordination for international executives, including visa logistics
- Board meeting preparation: compiling agendas, minute-taking, and action item tracking
- Office budget oversight, vendor management, and procurement of corporate supplies
- Confidential document management and secure information handling protocols
- Lead cross-functional projects requiring stakeholder alignment and deadline management
- Onboarding coordination for new executives, including workstation setup and system access
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' executive administrative experience within FTSE 100 or equivalent corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel pivot tables and PowerPoint design
- Professional certification in office administration or executive support (e.g., ICSA, CIPD)
- Exceptional discretion when handling confidential executive communications and sensitive data
