Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, and draft high-level correspondence and presentations.
- Meeting Management: Organize and minute high-stakes board meetings, ensuring all documentation is precise and distributed efficiently.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office administration, vendor relationships, and facilities management to ensure a productive workspace.
- Project Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing cross-departmental projects and deadlines.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an Executive Assistant or Senior Administration role within a corporate environment.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
