- Coordinate executive calendar management, travel arrangements, and high-stakes meetings
- Manage $2M+ operational budget with quarterly financial reporting
- Lead cross-functional projects including office relocations and system implementations
- Conduct performance reviews and professional development for administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive administrative leadership experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting processes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
