Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations across 15+ departments with 200+ personnel
- Coordinate executive calendars, board meetings, and cross-functional initiatives
- Develop/implement office protocols, budgets, and vendor management systems
- Lead digital transformation projects including document automation and workflow optimization
- Act as primary liaison between executives, board members, and external stakeholders
- Manage confidential information with highest standards of discretion and compliance
- Chair administrative committees and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive administrative experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems (SharePoint, SAP)
- Proven track record in budget management and vendor negotiation
- Exceptional project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Executive-level communication and diplomacy expertise
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams in corporate environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
