- Prepare confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports using advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders with polished communication
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Oversee office inventory management and coordinate facility maintenance requests
- Support onboarding processes and training initiatives for administrative staff
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (3+ years in executive support)
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Proven experience managing executive calendars across multiple time zones
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with discretion for confidential matters
