Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with impeccable attention to detail
- Prepare confidential documents, presentations, and reports using advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and maintain confidential records management systems
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional professionalism
- Oversee office inventory, vendor relationships, and administrative budget tracking
- Streamline workflows through process improvement initiatives and automation tools
- Support special projects including event coordination and executive onboarding
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and composure
- Advanced calendar management and international travel coordination expertise
