Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit high-level correspondence, including emails, memos, and presentations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with strict accuracy.
- Manage office supplies inventory, vendor relationships, and general office maintenance.
- Screen phone calls and inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or clerical role.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with equivalent experience considered.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
