Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee departmental budget tracking and expense reporting processes
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Streamline office operations, including inventory management and vendor coordination
- Implement and improve administrative workflows using Microsoft Office Suite
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
