Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, catering, and equipment setup.
- Maintain office filing systems and manage databases to ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and general office expenses.
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
