Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and prepare agenda materials.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, book accommodations, and process expense reports efficiently.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Document Management: Oversee the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and internal memos using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage reception duties, and assist with vendor management as needed.
- Project Support: Assist in organizing company events, team building activities, and administrative projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar clerical/administrative role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
