Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and managing internal and external communications.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with absolute precision.
- Screen and filter incoming communications, directing inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
- Organize and oversee company events, team building activities, and client entertainment.
- Maintain office inventory and coordinate with vendors for supplies, IT support, and facility maintenance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Officer (minimum 3-5 years in a corporate environment).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Discretion and high level of integrity in handling sensitive information.
