Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional representation.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level meetings.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, supply procurement, and facilities liaison.
- Maintain strictly confidential filing systems and digital record-keeping protocols.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure executive objectives are met timely.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, team-building exercises, and executive retreats.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive-level administrative or support role.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Demonstrated experience in project management or operational workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under minimal supervision.
