Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex executive calendars, proactively scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare, review, and edit executive correspondence, reports, and high-impact presentations.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and comprehensive itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain executive files, databases, and records in strict compliance with company policies.
- Plan and execute executive offsites, corporate events, and board meetings.
- Process expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card statements promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical administrative experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience directly supporting C-level executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern CRM platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
