Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and strategic meeting coordination across 3 departments
- Financial document processing: expense reports, invoice tracking, and budget reconciliation
- Travel logistics coordination including international arrangements and itineraries
- Office operations oversight: inventory management, vendor relationships, and facilities coordination
- Confidential records management and compliance documentation
- CRM data maintenance and report generation for executive dashboards
- Onboarding coordination for new hires including equipment setup and orientation scheduling
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 5+ years supporting C-level executives in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and discretion with sensitive information
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
- Experience coordinating complex domestic/international travel
- Knowledge of financial industry compliance standards preferred
