Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and invoice processing
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely deliverables
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with stringent confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience, ideally for executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
