Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance requests
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with polished professionalism
- Coordinate departmental events, off-sites, and employee recognition initiatives
- Implement and optimize administrative workflows using Asana and Salesforce
- Maintain digital filing systems with meticulous attention to data security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting executives
- Expert proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
