Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and maintain critical project documentation
- Implement and improve office administrative systems and procedures
- Train and mentor junior administrative staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of executive support experience in financial services
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
