Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize conflicting meeting requests with diplomacy.
- Coordinate intricate travel itineraries, including international flights, ground transportation, and accommodations.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional representation of the firm.
- Oversee office logistics, supply procurement, and special project coordination as needed.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
- Facilitate seamless communication across departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a corporate or financial setting.
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite, G-Suite, and professional scheduling software.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
