Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings and client deliverables.
- Coordinate logistics for departmental events, conferences, and executive leadership retreats.
- Oversee office operations and process expense reports with high attention to detail.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications to ensure timely executive response.
- Assist in special projects and perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an executive support or senior administrative role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Slack.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality are mandatory when handling sensitive corporate information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience using project management software like Asana or Trello is a plus.
