You will act as the gatekeeper and primary point of contact, ensuring our executives remain focused on high-level strategy while you manage the complexities of their day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Coordinate board meetings, team off-sites, and company-wide events with precision.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with strict attention to detail.
- Implement and improve office administrative processes to increase overall team efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting C-level or Senior VP executives.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Experience with enterprise-level project management software like Asana or Trello.
