Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate high-level domestic and international travel logistics and detailed itineraries.
- Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage expense reporting, invoicing, and budget tracking for department heads.
- Organize high-stakes board meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and materials.
- Implement and refine office administrative procedures to maximize organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level or Senior Executive leadership.
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and discretion.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate executive needs before they arise.
