Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for C-suite executives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling high-priority inquiries with professionalism.
- Prepare, format, and distribute high-impact reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, supply procurement, and facilities coordination.
- Coordinate board meetings, executive retreats, and company-wide events with precision.
- Maintain sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
- Implement and optimize administrative workflows to improve team efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in executive-level administrative support.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
