In this role, you will be the backbone of our executive suite, ensuring seamless operations, managing complex calendars, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing daily workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and high-profile clients.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level meetings.
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting.
- Lead office management initiatives to maintain a productive and professional work environment.
- Organize corporate events, team-building activities, and client offsites.
- Execute special projects as assigned by the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or executive support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive, confidential information with high levels of discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Concur or similar travel and expense management platforms is a plus.
