- Manage confidential communications and documentation for C-suite executives

- Lead administrative projects including onboarding, offboarding, and event planning
- Develop and optimize office procedures using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between departments and external partners
- Prepare executive presentations and board meeting materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience managing executive calendars and complex scheduling
