Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring efficient document retrieval and compliance
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory management and vendor relationships
- Assist in project coordination and meeting preparation, including agenda creation and minute-taking
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished professional demeanor
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements and executive meetings
- High typing speed (60+ WPM) with accurate transcription capabilities
