Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex domestic/international travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee administrative budgeting, expense reports, and vendor communications for executive departments
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, meetings, and events requiring logistical planning and stakeholder alignment
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining professional discretion
- Implement digital workflow solutions to enhance administrative efficiency and document management
- Conduct research and compile executive briefings using advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 5+ years executive support experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and calendar management systems
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality at executive level
- Proven project coordination experience with ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Advanced knowledge of office protocols, budget administration, and vendor management
