Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and board briefings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and memos for executive review.
- Coordinate logistics for global leadership summits, including venue selection and vendor management.
- Maintain strictly confidential files and sensitive company information.
- Analyze administrative processes and implement efficiencies to streamline daily workflow.
- Provide comprehensive support for special projects and cross-departmental initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting C-level or Senior Executives.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
