- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level reviews.
- Coordinate intricate travel arrangements, including international logistics and itineraries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism.
- Facilitate team meetings, including agenda creation and accurate minute-taking.
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Manage sensitive documentation with strict adherence to company confidentiality policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.

- Experience with CRM software and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams).
