Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and conference logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, board decks, and presentation materials.
- Facilitate efficient office operations by implementing streamlined filing systems and digital record-keeping.
- Coordinate executive-level meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Manage expense reporting and department budgets with high attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an executive-level administrative or support role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) or project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
