Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, presentations, and internal reports.
- Facilitate smooth inter-departmental communication and act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items for board meetings and executive sessions.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professional integrity.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships for administrative services.
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and team-building initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or high-level clerical role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience using project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack is highly preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
