Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, format, and proofread high-level presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Manage office supply procurement and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for critical corporate documentation.
- Facilitate smooth office transitions and support cross-departmental administrative projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative or clerical support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Zoom).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
