- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings.
- Facilitate team meetings, record minutes, and track follow-up action items.
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Coordinate event planning for quarterly executive summits and company retreats.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support or office management role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
