Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level meetings.
- Coordinate board meetings, team off-sites, and corporate events with precision.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets with high accuracy.
- Implement and maintain efficient office administrative procedures to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive-level administrative support.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
