- Oversee office operations and implement streamlined processes to improve organizational efficiency.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate executive-level events, conferences, and off-site strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an executive support or high-level administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, executive presence.
- Proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for process improvement and operational design.
