Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing conflicting demands
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reports
- Prepare confidential documents, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office inventory management, vendor relationships, and facility coordination
- Lead special projects including event planning and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all executive matters
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (5+ years)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience with calendar management tools (e.g., Calendly, Doodle)
- Knowledge of office protocols and professional etiquette
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle sensitive information
- Previous experience supporting C-level executives preferred
