Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and correspondence using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor invoicing
- Coordinate special projects, board meetings, and corporate events
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure compliance with record retention policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience may substitute)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Minimum 3 years supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
