Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee departmental budget tracking and expense reporting processes
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and maintain critical documentation systems
- Manage office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience at executive level
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and confidential information
- Experience with corporate travel booking systems and expense management tools
