Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and executive summaries with impeccable grammar and tone.
- Screen and direct incoming communications, including calls, emails, and visitors, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Oversee office inventory, manage vendor relationships, and process invoices and expense reports.
- Organize and archive confidential documents, while maintaining efficient digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, board meetings, and strategic initiatives.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and reporting, to support departmental goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
