Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize conflicting meeting requests.
- Coordinate high-stakes domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare, format, and proofread professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external VIP clients.
- Organize and facilitate board meetings, including agenda creation and minute-taking.
- Oversee office supply inventory and manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain electronic filing systems with high levels of confidentiality and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, professional environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
