Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating global travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and meeting agendas for board-level discussions.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, supply procurement, and facilities coordination.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track progress against strategic KPIs.
- Process expense reports and manage administrative budgets with extreme attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
