Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-priority calendars and scheduling requirements for executive leadership.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel logistics and detailed itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Organize and facilitate board meetings, leadership off-sites, and company-wide events.
- Implement and refine administrative workflows to enhance office productivity.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and confidential corporate records with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative support or office management role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
