You will play a critical role in managing complex calendars, facilitating board communications, and ensuring that our executive workflows are seamless and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Draft, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, presentations, and internal reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including international logistics, itineraries, and expense reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for board members and high-profile external stakeholders.
- Organize board meetings, leadership off-sites, and company-wide executive presentations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive company information and strategic initiatives.
- Streamline office communication processes to improve cross-departmental collaboration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an executive-level administrative or operations support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail in documentation and financial tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning and logistics management.
