- Coordinate board meetings, team off-sites, and corporate events with precision.

- Process expense reports and manage department budgets with high attention to detail.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a high-level administrative or executive support role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
